Ronald R. Ringo, Jr., PhD, LSW, CTS, MAC, CST, TFTdx., is a native of Southern California. He holds numerous degrees and a Doctorate of Philosophy, in Counseling, from LaSalle University. He is a Licensed Social Worker since 1991, and has national certifications, as a Master Additions Counselor (MAC), Certified Clinical Criminal Justice Specialist (CCCJS), and is an internationally Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS). He also holds several certifications in healing therapy modalities, such as; Cranial Sacral and Thought Field Therapies.
Ron is currently the State of California & National DAV Chaplain and has served with Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard units throughout the world. He designed the Marine Corps’ “Warrior Transition Program,” which he has been featured on CNN’s “Newsnight” program and in many related Newspaper articles and news shows around the country. He writes a weekly column on life issues syndicated in several newspapers entitled “Chappy’s On Eagles’ Wings.
Dr. Ringo was recently featured in a documentary film on trauma and war entitled “Between Iraq and a Hard Place.” As a Marine, Police Officer, Social Worker, Counselor and Clergy, Ron‘s challenging life and experience has been the catalyst for his passion in healing and development of human potential. Through keynote speaking, writing, training and coaching, Ron empowers listeners with innovative strategies for life balance, personal integrity, communication and “Energizing others with Hope.”
Shirley MacInnis Ringo, CST, TFTdx, is a Psycho Therapist with a focus on women issues and “Life Trauma,” she is a member of the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists. She is a keynote speaker for professional and individual groups on the value of understanding “Life Trauma,” its causes, treatment and recovery. She has been crossed trained in many healing modalities including; TFT (Thought Field Therapy), Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki and NLP. Her passion and focus is on emotional healing and trauma. As a “Life Trauma” coach, Shirley is a compassionate resource to many clients who are at risk due to economic and emotional situations. She refers to these clients as her “At Promise” clients.
Shirley comes from the east coast of Canada with ten years in the mental health and human potential arenas. She has designed and delivered programs for the Federal Government for displaced workers, the unemployed and other challenged populations. Shirley’s philosophy of continual personal development for self and others has been a cornerstone of excellence for improving and enhancing emotional health and personal relationships. Her life purpose is to reduce the level of suffering in the world.
As a true “Life Trauma” survivor, Shirley brings authentic resources to the development of the N.O.W program, as well as her “on target” coaching and presentations. She is a leader in the Mind, Body, Spirit Ministry world arena.
Robert L. Bray, Ph.D., LCSW, C.T.S, TFTadv., is a Certified Trauma Specialist, Past President of the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialist, Past President of the Association for Thought Field Therapy, an approved International Critical Incident Stress Foundation trainer, a faculty professor at San Diego State University, School of Social Work and has been in private practice since 1986 specializing in traumatic stress recovery.
